Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including identity, organization, role, email address, telephone number, service territory and onboarding responses. Authenticated services may also process charging requests, equipment and vehicle references, support cases, consent records, transaction evidence and security/audit events.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate users, verify roles, operate and secure the network, respond to support requests, coordinate approved services, deliver consented communications, maintain records, comply with law and improve service reliability.
Recognized caller routing
An authenticated user may separately verify a telephone number and consent to caller recognition. When that number calls InstantMegawatt, caller ID may be matched to a verified profile to prioritize the approved role and locate relevant support context. For a recognized member, we may save an approved topic category after that person clearly discusses it and display a related next-step card in the authenticated workspace. These member cards do not contain raw transcripts, caller wording or generated call summaries and can be dismissed by the member. Caller ID is routing evidence, not authentication: it does not reveal protected account information or authorize contracts, dispatch, payments, settlement changes or other operational actions. Recognition can be disabled from the authenticated workspace.
Mobile information
We do not sell mobile telephone information. We do not share mobile telephone information, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Communications providers may process information only as needed to deliver and secure the service.
Choice and consent
Transactional SMS enrollment and recognized caller routing are optional and separate from accepting these terms. Reply STOP to end text messages and HELP for assistance. You may also request correction, access or deletion subject to legal, safety, security and operational recordkeeping obligations.
Retention and security
We limit collection to the purposes described, use role-based access and audit controls, and retain communications metadata and operational evidence only as long as reasonably required for service, security, disputes, compliance and safety. Message bodies and call recordings are not retained by default unless a disclosed workflow requires them.
