Pre-release service
InstantMegawatt is under development. Public demonstrations and synthetic records are illustrative and are not offers, confirmed dispatches, manufacturer approvals, charging reservations, payment commitments or emergency services.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect authentication factors and use only the role and organization you are authorized to represent. Role verification, safety qualification and specific approvals remain required before operational access.
Safety and emergencies
Do not use InstantMegawatt, its website, text messaging or voicemail as a substitute for 911, emergency responders or required roadside safety procedures. Do not approach, energize, move or repair high-voltage equipment without appropriate authority and qualification.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, impersonate another participant, submit unlawful or deceptive content, interfere with communications, or rely on staged capabilities as though they were active.
Communications
Service-related email may follow account activity. Text messaging requires separate consent and is governed by the SMS Terms. You are responsible for carrier charges imposed by your provider.
Changes and suspension
Pre-release features may change, pause or be withdrawn. Access may be restricted to protect participants, data, equipment, compliance or network integrity. Commercial service agreements will supersede these pre-release terms where expressly stated.
